What is your returns policy?
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, with tags intact.

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery  days).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent incorrect.

How do I request a return / exchange?

Contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

Provide photos if the product is damaged or there’s an error.

We’ll send instructions on how to send back the item and what the next steps are.

When will I get my refund or replacement?
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we’ll process the refund or send the replacement. Refunds usually take 3-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank / payment method.
