Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: You can return an item within 3 days of delivery.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or personalized items.
Final sale or clearance items 

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at aethicapparels@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at aethicapparels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
