At Aethic Apparel, every garment is crafted with care after you place your order. This made-to-order approach helps us maintain quality while reducing unnecessary waste.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment. This includes production, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch. Since every Aethic Apparel product is made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it is typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner. Most customers receive their orders within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or due to unforeseen courier delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its delivery status.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your payment is completed.

Any free shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will also be clearly shown during checkout.

Order Cancellation

Since every Aethic Apparel product is made to order, cancellation requests are accepted only within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once the 6-hour cancellation window has passed or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

Aethic Apparel is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts before returning your shipment.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to us.

If you wish to have the order shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.

Doorstep Cancellation

Doorstep cancellation or refusal to accept a delivered order is not permitted.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to check whether your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier operational delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural events
  • Other unforeseen logistical issues

We appreciate your patience in such situations. If your order experiences an unusual delay, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, Aethic Apparel ships within India only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
